In some circumstances a qualification is not necessary as training towards a relevant qualification within Early Year’s can be accessed on site, with support from qualified experienced practitioners. However, all candidates must be prepared to work towards a nationally recognised vocational qualification and undertake any additional training which is felt to be suitable for the fulfilment of the position in the setting.
